Annual Widows Night and Family Christmas Dinner

Our annual Widow’s night and Family Christmas Dinner was held at the lodge dinning hall on December 10, 2011.  A great time was had by all who attended including a delicious meal prepared by numerous individuals.  Three widows also recieved their windows pins as a token of the Brotherhood that they are not forgotten or alone.  They were Ms. Nell Thompson, widow of WBro. JL Thompson, Jr., Ms. Brenda Haralson, widow of WBro. Dennis Haralson, and Ms. Venice Meeks, widow of  Bro. Thomas Meeks.  Also presented at the dinner were two dedication plaques in memory of  2 of the deceased Brothers in appreciation for their contributions to the craft over the years.  The Secretary’s office was dedicated to WBro. JL Thompson, Jr. and the upstairs Ante Room was dedicated to WBro. Dennis Haralson.  Several of their family members were present to share in the event.
