Below is a listing of the petitions available for download that apply to Worth Lodge #194.  Although this is primarily meant for members, as a convenience, you may however feel free to download one if you are interested in joining our fraternity.

 

 

However, be aware that you must be recommended by two(2) Master Masons, one of which must be a member of Worth Lodge, before you can be considered for membership.
